Pochote can be found in the tropical dry forests of Costa Rica , Nicaragua , Panama , Venezuela and Colombia.
Description
It is used to make furniture, cabinets, window and door frames and for making veneer. Perhaps the similarity to Spanish Cedar is the straightness of the wood and its color.
